CPR Grants?

I am wanting to start a CPR training program that would be free to the participants in the community. The only problem is there is a cost for the cards and books that I can not absorb. My question being, do any of you know of a program that funds such classes? Any help would be great. I have people checking within my department also but it is rough going.
