We want to ensure that your experience with Perfect Firefighter Candidate is as positive as it can be. Just follow the simple steps outlined below.

Perfect Firefighter Candidate products are divided into five main categories. You may browse any category by clicking on the respective icon on the main product page. You may also search our selection of products by using our advanced search tool. Simply locate the "Search" input field at the bottom of the product main page and five category pages. Then just enter the keywords you wish to search for, and click on the search button.

If you wish to purchase a product, simply click on the "Add to Bag" button located directly below the product photo and description. You will then go to a page showing the current status of your shopping cart, including products ordered, quantities of each, prices, and total. You may then continue shopping and add other products to your cart or place your order.

You may view the status of your shopping bag at any time by clicking on "Shopping Bag" on the navigation bar at the bottom of each product page. The shopping bag status page shows you the Product ID, the quantity ordered (which may be changed), the product name, product options, the unit price, and the subtotal. If the quantity or an item is changed, clicking on the corresponding "Update" icon will update the totals. To delete and item, click on the corresponding delete icon on the far right.

When you're finished making your selections, simply view your shopping bag to ensure that is is complete and correct, then click on "Check Out" at the far right of the navigation bar. You will then be taken to a page with fields for both billing and shipping information. After filling in these fields, click "Continue" to go on.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are acceptable forms of pre-payment.

You may also choose the option to order by phone. You may contact our customer service representatives from 8am-5pm PST at 1-800-326-8401 and we will be happy to take your order and credit card information over the phone.

We also accept purchase orders, simply call our representatives and have your purchase order number ready. Payment for purchase orders are due, "NET 30 DAYS", which means we will bill you upon shipment of merchandise, with payment due 30 days from date of invoice.

Sorry, we do not ship C.O.D. orders.

Upon receiving your order, we normally process and ship stocked items within two working days. All items are shipped U.P.S. unless other arrangements are made. For special order items, allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. To ensure items are in stock please contact info@firecareers.com.

International orders: International shipping charges will be billed at the time the merchandise is sent. When checking out, your credit card will be billed for the normal US shipping charges. When the merchandise is shipped your credit card will be billed for the balance due to cover shipping.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your purchase for credit excluding shipping and handling charges within 30 days.

Please return your purchase by a traceable method, such as UPS or US Postal Service-insured.

If an item ordered is out of stock and is back ordered, you will be notified immediately by email upon receiving your order. However, we normally can ship your backorder to you within two weeks.
