Q:     When will I be billed?
A:     Your account is automatically billed every 28 days.

Q:     How do I subscribe?
A:     Please read the information carefully and simply fill out our online subscription form. By clicking this link it will take you directly to the Subscribe page.

Q:     Can I prepay for the subscription?
A:     Yes. Your options are to prepay 6 months for $55.00 or 1 year for $110.00.

Q:     Can I update my Credit Card information online?
A:     Yes, but only if your account is currently active. You can update this information by logging into your account. Under the My Firecareers select My Account then select Edit Personal Information. You will then be able to update your credit card information.

Q:     How do I update my email address?
A:     You can update this information by logging into your account. Under the My Firecareers, select My Account then select Edit Personal Information. You will then be able to update your email address.

Q:     I am unable to log on to my account and am not receving job emails. Why?
A:     If you are receiving the message "Your subscription has not been approved." This may be due to the most recent billing being declined. Please contact our office and we can reactivate your existing account.

Q:     What is the cost of the subscription service?
A:     There are three options you have to pay for the service. You may pay $9.95 per month, $55.00 for 6 months or $110.00 for 1 year of service.

Q:     How do I set up my Selected States email for job notifications?
A:     This feature can be accessed by doing the following:
  • Log into your Firecareers.com Account
  • On the left hand side you will see My Account, select this option.
  • Once you are at your Firecareers page scroll down until you see Subscription Information
  • Select which states you would like to receive updates on. You can make a selection by clicking on the selected states. (To select multiple states, press CTRL and click on the selected states
  • Click Update My Account

  • Your selected states are now saved. You can log in at any time to edit these changes.

    Q:     Can I Get a Refund on my Membership?
    A:     YES - Pre-paid subscriptions are subject to a $25.00 processing fee, then pro-rated and adjusted for time used. Month to month subscriptions are subject to a NO REFUND policy.
