Is the suitability test another word for the psychological test? 


Their are many terms used for the psychological test like, suitability or work styles inventory, to name a couple.  These tests help a hiring agency determine if you are suitable for employment and your ability to work in the environment of the fire service. The best approach to these tests is to answer from your heart.  If you try to out smart the test you will fail.  They are not designed to trick you however they will have dis-qualifiers within the questions they will ask you the same question a different way and if you are not answering from your heart you will get tripped up.  They are easy tests and you shouldn't need any prep only the truth
