Female Upper Body Workout

What upper body weight lifting exercises would be
the most beneficial for a female recruit training to
take the BIDDLE or CPAT?

The following is right out of the Candidate Preparation Guide for the CPAT:

Chin ups
Push ups
Tricep Extensions (Pull downs on the weight machine)
Lateral pull downs (Sitting)
Dumb bell curls
Dumb bells rows
Bench Press
Dumb Bell Military press

I suggest you go to the orientation session for the CPAT and get your hands on the props used. As far as the Biddle, contact the college you plan on take the Biddle at and see about an orientation or signing up for a fitness class that deals with the Biddle.
