WELLNESS PROGRAM

Are department which employs aprox. 50, has a 2 yr objective of starting up a wellness program. I have done some research with NFPA, and another dept. that currently has one. It seems that it COULD be a good thing if done right. Do any depts out there have any advice for getting one implimented? Much thanks, rw

Check with your health care provider (HMO, PPO, IPO). Those folks would be happy to see you and give you some great pointers.
Try starting with Customer Service, explain what you are attempting to do, and they can send you in the right direction. Anything that helps reduce health care costs gets everyone's attention. Best wishes
