patches from other countries

Wanted to know if anyone contacted depts from other countries to obtain patches,how did you do it.I know it can be expensive calling around to depts.Was intrested in patches from Ireland,Guatemala.Anyone have an insight on this would love to hear from them.Thanks

I collect fire and EMS patches from all around the world. Do you have patches to trade or are you looking to buy.
