or I was curious on what everyones views in regards to diversity within the Fire Service. More specificaly, should an agency actively recruit in the stance of diversity when it comes to hiring and such.
Just curious on how some of you would respond to the question. I was given this question during my last oral board and it threw me for a bit of a loop. That was the first time that I had been posed that question.
