On Saturday, November 5th at 0830, Rio Hondo College Fire Crew 77 will hold a Wildland Fire Orientation at 11400 Greenstone Ave in Santa Fe Springs. We will be looking to hire up to 50 firefighters for the 2006 Wildland Fire Season. You must take the Wildland Fire Academy at Rio Hondo College in the Spring 2006 semester. Go to www.riohondo.edu for schedule of classes information. The orientation on November 5th is not mandatory but highly suggested that you attend as the US Forest Service has representatives on site to answer your questions. Reservations are not needed, please plan on attending.
