I am wondering how Firecareers works with publicsafetytesting.com For instance, there was an opening posted for a department here in Washington, and listed the website of the city. However, if you went to the city's HR department, they said they went through publicsafetytesting.com (normally it has always listed PST as the website).

What drives when these agencies are posted to the subsciption service? I am a happy subscriber, just trying to figure out how this service works with the PST animal. (I am not a big fan of PST in case you are wondering).
