LA city academy

Can anyone who is either currently attending or has recently completed an LA city academy shed any light on what kind of physical training is required?

Specifically, how many miles are run, how many reps of excercises are required, etc...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good question! I'm interested in hearing the same thing. I heard a lot of push ups!!!

We typically pt 2 days of the week, and you rotate between doing the biddle one day and running/pushups/calesthenics the other day. Also dont forget the pushups during the other days..
