I am 35yrs old and have had alot of work experience. I have bartended for the better part of 10 yrs, and often held down 2 bartending jobs at the same time. I have shown stability by working with the same bar for(national chain) for almost 5yrs and have had many promotions. On a current appliction I was asked to put all jobs that I have ever held. It wasn't easy remembering every job that I have ever had but I honestly tried to put down everything that I could remember,sometimes just the name of the company. I am curious how these employment history background checks work. Is it by just punching in my social security number? All of my references are golden and I have no criminal record or a bad driving record. Am I over reacting? Do they just check the info that I provide, then screen through the polygraph test? THANKS!
