I-400 Incident Command System

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course expands upon the material covered in the I-300, directing the trainee toward an operational understanding of large single-agency and complex multi-agency/multi-jurisdictional incident responses. Presented in a participative workshop environment, this course focuses on area command and staff issues, as well as the planning, logistical and fiscal considerations associated with complex incident management and interagecy coordination. (24 hours)
