I am a 39 year old, career firefighter with 15 years on the job, in a 56 man department in Massachusetts. I would like to move to Florida but understand that it is tough to get a job there. Is this true? I have done some research and found out that they do things a little differentdown there, infact the way they do things makes more sense than the way it is done in Massachusetts. I am willing to do what ever it takes to get a job in Florida..
