Marine in Transition (Temecula, CA)

I have a question I am a 25 year old marine that just got out of the military. I am on terminal leave now until May 18. However I have been wanting to pursue a career in the Fire Department. I have no experience what would be the steps I do. I know that Palomar College has the Fire Academy traning there and I am just curious what is the best way to go about this. Can anyone help

On the home page of this service you can search for Chief Lepore's book Aspiring Firefighters Two Year Plan.
Obvioulsy, discipline is in your nature so get the book, follow the plan and arrange a meeting with Chief Lepore.

I am glad I can help as my best friend was a Captian in the 2/9 and I unfortunately got NPQ'd from flight.
