CPAT/ BIDDLE

Can anyone please tell me if the CPAT and the BIDDLE are the same test. And if so, does CPAT stand for Certified Physical Abilities Test. I'm a litle confused between CPAT,Biddle, and what I have been told as to be a separate other test called the Los Angeles Area Fire Chiefs Physical Ability Card. Where can I take these tests at in or around the Los Angeles area.

Thank you.....

The CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test). This Physical
Ability Test was developed by the IAFF (International
Association of Firefighters) and IAFC (International
Association of Fire Chiefs) Health and Wellness Committee.
This PAT (Physical Ability Test) is not associated with other
PAT. This includes the CPS (Cooperative Personnel
Services), the "Biddle" from Biddle & Associates, the Los
Angeles/Orange County Fire Chiefs Physical Ability Test.
